I work with owners who are busy running the business.
I’ve worked in commercial fishing, phone sales, customer and technical support, team training, Linux troubleshooting, websites, hosting, DNS, business email, and basic SEO.
Small-business website problems rarely fit into one category. The site might look fine while the form goes nowhere, or the redesign might be finished while the domain still points to the old host.
I handle the website and the technical pieces around it, then explain what changed without burying you in jargon.
