If you use the contact form or contact Working Tide Digital directly, you may provide your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, and information about the work you need.

How it is used

This information is used to respond to your inquiry, understand the requested work, prepare a quote, and communicate about a potential or active project. It is not sold.

Form and analytics providers

The preview currently uses an email-app fallback. If a hosted form or analytics provider is connected later, this notice will be updated to identify that provider.

Retention and security

Business inquiries may be kept as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain project records, or meet legal and accounting requirements. No internet service can guarantee complete security.

Questions or deletion requests

To ask about information connected to your inquiry or request deletion when there is no reason to retain it, email theo@workingtidedigital.com.

No client relationship

Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee that Working Tide Digital will accept the project. Scope, price, timing, and responsibilities are agreed separately in writing.
